1). RETURN OF GOODS OF APPROPRIATE QUALITY

The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before it is received, and within 14 days after receipt.

Return of goods of appropriate quality is possible in the case if its marketable condition, consumer properties and all tags and labels are preserved.

In case of rejection of goods, we return the cost of the returned goods, except for the costs related to delivery of the returned goods by the Buyer, within 10 calendar days from the receipt of a written statement for return to our email info@tumar.com.

2). RETURN OF GOODS OF INAPPROPRIATE QUALITY

Under the return of goods of inappropriate quality is meant the Goods that are defective and cannot meet its functional qualities. The received Goods must correspond to the description on the site. The difference of design elements or general design from the ones stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or not a functionality of the Goods. If you received an item of inappropriate quality (hidden defect) — send us an e-mail with a photo of the goods with its visible defect to info@tumar.com.

After that, our manager will contact you and approve the process of return / exchange of these goods.

3). HOW TO CONDUCT A RETURN OF GOODS

Gently pack the goods in the original packaging with full set of tags and labels. Send a parcel by mail to the address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek city 720010, Chui Avenue, 202, room 211. LLC Tumar Art Group.

Complaints are accepted only for those goods that were purchased from the online store www.shop.tumar.com

4). REIMBURSEMENT OF DELIVERY COSTS

Appropriate quality. When returning goods of appropriate quality, the cost for delivery of goods and shipment is not compensated.

Inappropriate quality. When returning goods of inappropriate quality, upon condition that the defect has arisen not through the fault of the customer, we will reimburse the cost of delivery.

5). RETURN OF GOODS CHECK

After the goods arrive at our stock, our specialists check the condition and quality of the returned goods. Based on the results of revision if the manufacturing defect is confirmed, than there will be a cancellation of the goods from your order.

6). TERM OF MONEY RETURN

It can take up to 10 days from the time of receipt to the stock and cancellation of the return.
